Shipping, Return, Exchange Policy
To report a problem with an order please submit a contact form at CONTACT. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If you receive an order that is damaged or defective, please include a photo of the damaged or defective item in your email, and we will replace and send you a new item free of charge and as expeditiously as possible.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, however, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
Incorrect addresses is the customer's responsibility and a new order will have to be placed and shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
If tracking information states an order was delivered but the customer hasn't received it, any replacements and shipping costs would be at the customer's expense.

Exchanges
To report a problem with an order please submit a contact form within 30 days after the product has been received, with your name, address, and order number at CONTACT. We will do our best to rectify the problem.
If the wrong size was ordered it is the customer's responsibility to ship the item back, unused, unwashed, and in it's original packaging, then submit a new order with new shipping costs.
